Saturday – March 10, 2012

9:00-10:00 am                         Check in Family and Consumer Science Projects and High School Art Division

10:30 am                                 Judge Family and Consumer Science Projects and High School Art Division

                                                (F&CS Building will be closed for judging)

3:00 – 4:00 pm                        Public display of all F&CS and Art Division Projects

4:30 pm                                   Check out Family and Consumer Science Projects and High School Art Division.

Sunday - March 11, 2012

7:30 - 8:00 am                          Check in market broilers. Chicken exhibitors need to pick up registration packet and     turn in drug forms and record books upon arrival.

Tuesday – March 20, 2012

8:00 – 12:00                            Arrival of all livestock except broilers and rabbits.  All exhibitors need to pick up registration packets and turn in drug forms and record books on arrival.  All animals must be on premises and exhibitors checked in by 12 noon.

1:00 p.m.                                 Official weigh-in of animals (except broilers and rabbits)

3:00-5:00 p.m.                         Set up for Family and Consumer Science Auction   (F&CS Building)

4:30 p.m.                                  Pedal Tractor Pull and Domestic Pet Show

followed by                             Chicken Scramble sponsored by Standley Feed & Seed

6:30 p.m.                                 Opening ceremonies

                                                Family and Consumer Science Food Auction

 Wednesday – March 21, 2012

8:00-8:30 a.m.                         Check in rabbit fryers.  Rabbit exhibitors need to pick up registration packet and turn   in drug forms and record books upon arrival.

Following Check In                Judge rabbit fryers followed by rabbit fryers showmanship

12:00 p.m.                               Judge meat goats

2:00 p.m. or after goats           Judge market lambs

4:30 p.m. or after lambs          Judge market swine

                                                Followed by Pee Wee Pig Show – open to Clover Kids students; Pre-K to 2nd grade
