Important Dates
The following list includes important dates for MCFA exhibitors for the 2008-2009 fiscal year. Additional dates and information will be added as it comes available.
August 19: Informational Meeting at fair grounds. All exhibitors can listen to new updates about fair events and rules. New exhibitors can find out more information about MCFA. September 5-7: MCFA hosts the state coon hunt. We need volunteers to help cook and serve food and host our guests. Please call one of the numbers on contact page if you can help!
October 28: Lamb and Goat Tag In 5 PM to 7 PM at the Fairgrounds October 11: Market Steer and Comm. Heifer Tag-In - RLR October 17: Rabbit Orders Due November 25: Broiler Orders Due December 1: Pig Tag-In, 5-7 PM, Fairgrounds February 13: Art and Family/Consumer Science Entries Due February 25: Purebred Heifer Show Entries Due March 20-21: MCFA Annual CPRA Rodeo March 24-28: Madison County Fair
