FORMS/PAPERWORK
We have tried to put forms and paperwork on the website for the convenience of our exhibitors and their families. If you need something not posted, please contact us at one of the numbers on the contact page.
An important part of any livestock project is keeping accurate records. All MCFA exhibitors of market and commercial livestock are required to submit a record book on the day their project is brought to the fair. The links below offer electronic copies of the record book in Microsoft Word and in Adobe .pdf formats. Thank you to Melissa Mosley for designing these versions!
